Unlock Your Potential Through Mentorship

At WE United, our Mentorship Program is designed to create transformative relationships between mentors and mentees. Participants often gain access to expanded networks, development opportunities, and valuable collaboration with industry leaders, opening doors that can accelerate both personal growth and professional success.

Comparable high-caliber mentorship programs can be very costly, and our corporate members enjoy this world-class experience as part of their membership.

Members who are not on corporate member and/or sponsor company membership licenses may apply for an added fee.

Why? Mentorship Programs alone are a temporary form of development.  Our uniquely curated program is meant to layer on top of the other critical development opportunities that WE provides in order to advance the leadership pipeline and influence cultural change in the electronics industry and broader tech industry. This is our industry zone, and we appreciate your trust in applying for the program.
