The Women in Electronics (WE) organization was built with the premise of women working collaboratively to find inspiration, strength, and empowerment through a sense of community (aligned with their male counterparts) to advance opportunities for women in the electronics ecosystem.
WE United represents women supporting women as we rise into leadership roles, men and women coming together to develop jointly, and companies in the electronics ecosystem coming together under one industry hub to impact systemic progress.
WE United promotes a leadership style of civility, ethics, and humanity in alignment with our foundational organizational values of honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment.
