We Invite You to Participate

The WE Mentorship program not only provided a way for me to give back to our industry, it allowed for a safe space for my Mentee to discuss goals, fears, and aspirations.  Being a Mentor was personally fulfilling and allowed me to gain a fresh perspective from my Mentee and other WE Mentors.

Such a Valuable Program

“The WE Mentor team connected me with the perfect mentor! I learned a great deal about myself and how to better manage specific work situations that were unique to my circumstances.  As a result of my time working with my mentor, I learned how to have better conversations with my manager, and how to ask for the support I needed.”
Debbie Martin
