Founded by Jackie Mattox in 2017 and built alongside Monica Highfill and Amy Keller to form the Executive Team, the “Three Musketeers” have grown WE United into a global movement. Now in our ninth year, our Chapter Program spans the U.S. and Europe, with expansion plans underway for Mexico, Asia, and Canada.
WE United serves as a bridge between professionals and organizations, empowering qualified leaders with the skills and tools needed to succeed, while partnering with corporate decision-makers to enlist best practices and policies that empower all qualified talent to thrive.
