A curated, comprehensive two-day programming designed to delve into professional and personal growth and promises to be an enriching convergence of industry veterans, upcoming leaders, and allies. Network strategically with seasoned leaders and like-minded individuals, gain industry insights, and participate in thought-provoking discussions. Life balance sessions will be offered, addressing health and wellbeing, all delivered within the framework of WE’s core values – honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment.

Our 9th Annual Leadership Development Summit will take place on October 6-8th, 2025 @ The Balboa Bay Club, Newport Beach, CA.

The Fall in Newport Beach is lovely. Average temps are highs of 72 degrees and low’s in the 60’s.
