WE United has four organizational goals to empower, advocate, develop, and celebrate members and their supporting organizations. Our annual awards serve as a celebration of individuals that live out the WE organizational values of honor, authenticity, courage, and commitment both personally and professionally. The WE Recognizes Award recipients are dedicated members selected from our volunteer structure that have brought significant value to the WE organization by generously donating their time, talents, and resources in an upstanding, professional manner. The recipients have helped bring the voice of WE to members and stakeholders in efforts to advance the mission.

This award recipient has been the example of unity by serving as an ally for the organization, understanding that the way to progress is to link together, men and women, to advance the WE mission, and has also demonstrated the courage it takes to action the mission.
