Where will the 2026 US Annual Summit be held?
Our 10th Annual Leadership Development Summit will take place at The Balboa Bay Resort, Newport Beach, CA.
What is the schedule for the Summit?
October 6–8: Ladies in Leadership October 7–9: Gentlemen in Leadership Participants take part in joint sessions and networking, plus programming reflecting each group’s experience.
What is the weather like in Newport Beach in October?
Fall in Newport Beach is lovely — highs around 72° and lows in the 60s. Bring a jacket or sweater; the ballroom can get chilly.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Full refund before July 4, 2026. A $200 processing fee applies between July 5 and September 3, 2026. Email admin@WEunited.tech to request a refund.
