Participants will take part in joint sessions and networking, while also participating in focused programming that reflects the experiences and perspectives of each group.

All Summit sessions and programming will be conducted in English.

22 April at 6pm CET:

  • Ladies Arrive for Welcome Reception & Dinner in Munich

23 April:

  • 8am-12pm: Ladies in Leadership Programming 
  • 12pm: WE United Lunch & Gentlemen Arrive
  • 6pm: WE United Dinner at Würth Elektronik
  • 8pm: Ladies’ Program Concludes

24 April:

  • 8am-12pm: Gentlemen in Leadership Programming

Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to admin@weunited.tech and in accordance with the following:

• Registrations cancelled PRIOR to 1 March 2026 are eligible for a full refund of registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled between 2 March 2026 and 31 March 2026, are eligible for a refund less a $200 per person administrative fee.
• Registrations cancelled after 1 April 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
