Leadership Master Class

Every day, leaders hire employees who advertise their change leadership skills on resumes and in job interviews, yet most of us are good at change only when we can predict it, control it, and minimize its discomfort. Even in rapidly changing times, most of the creativity and innovation leaders need for success already exists on their teams, but in the face of change, we can use our energy and imagination to design a world that reinforces why we are stuck instead of generating solutions. It’s time for leaders to help their teams get comfortable with the discomfort that comes from evolving the business: encouraging discomfort, making tough decisions, setting values and priorities, and making great leaps forward without total clarity. In this practical yet interactive session, participants will walk away with:

1. Clarity on why people get stuck in times of transition and tools to coach them forward

2. Tools to coach their teams toward creative solutions in challenging times

3. Simple coaching questions they can use to inspire others into action

4. A framework to help their teams shift from resistance to creativity so leaders can accomplish meaningful work

This session will end with 30 minutes of open Q&A time with Kelli. Bring your questions and challenges and she’ll provide additional tools and solutions to help you inspire others to action, even when times feel changing and challenging.
